I had the blessing of meeting this adorable family of now 5 as they welcomed into the world there first girl. As I waited in the waiting room for mom and baby to come out of the OR I sat with the most down to earth, Godly women called Grandma. The joy and love that radiated from her was breathtaking. As we waited for mom to join us in the room Grandma was beside herself soaking up this little ball of joy who she called 'RoseBud'. I have never seen such a content wide eyed only hours fresh baby as she soaked up every part of her Grandma. 

Witnessing these first is the best part of my 'job' and I thank God everyday for the path he has chosen for me <3

I got a phone call about 3:50ish am from this lovely mother saying you are not going to believe this but baby is here! Of course my reaction was in complete shock and quickly think to myself oh my goodness did I sleep through the other phone calls?! She then went on to explain she woke up feeling sick walked to the kitchen to get some water, had a sever contraction, called midwife then another contraction water broke then baby in arms soon after. Baby was born at home natural, unassisted and delivered into the arms of his his rock star mother in the hallway. 

Welcome to the world baby L! Beautiful family of now 7. Your mom, dad, brothers and sister are very excited you are here.
